"She's so damn excited for us, Iggy." He says, love in his eyes even as he undoes his boots, settling in a little more comfortable, trying to make the scene comfortable as well, because that was the only way Ignis can be in the state of mind Gladio wants him in. This isn't a punishment, it never is, just a way to make him let go of everything he needs to.
"And so am I. I know it won't change much, but it's what we need." Gladio has his love, deeply and immeasurable, but this just feels like the smallest last step to go with it.
Still smiling, he trails his hand down his lover's back, gently stroking over his spine, all the way down to his tailbone. Ready to focus on this now. "Let's keep your color green, okay Ignis? You tell me if it changes." As usual, yellow if it starts to get too much and they need to readjust, or red if Gladio needs to stop on a dime.
