There was a beat as Ignis' voice faded. Honestly, he wouldn't put it past his mate to do just that, heat or no. Huffing as his cheeks pinked up, he reached up to shove his hand through his mussed hair as he padded into their little kitchen. He'd have to be quick, though. Already, he could feel that temptingly sinister knot of want tightening up in his gut and he knew he might not have a lot of time.
