That rumble was instantly soothing and again, instinct led Ignis to answer back, his own purr a bit more pronounced this time. Gladio had always had an easier time tempering Ignis' moods when he had them, but since his coming out as a were, it'd been even easier. Just being around Gladio, his scent close by, had a calming effect on Ignis. Only when he was truly wound up about something did it have trouble working now.

The feel of Gladio sliding out of him pulled a low hiss from Ignis, already quietly lamenting the emptiness that it left behind. The knot of heat still lingering in his belly tightened, as if the needy were in him wasn't pleased and wanted that changed right now, but it wasn't enough to drive Ignis back to the desperate mess he was earlier.
