Home alone wasn't usually a concept that bothered Ignis too much. Sure, he always missed his mate when they couldn't curl up together but that was something temporary. Right then, being home alone sounded like torture. He craved Gladio's presence on a deep, primal level and being denied that would be something painful for the still newly changed were.
He pulled away slowly, as if forcing himself away from the big were. His desk was tidied up quickly, but even that was just barely and not up to his usual standards thanks to the simple fact that most of his attention was on his mate and not his paperwork that had ended up all over the place thanks to his earlier attempt to get close to Gladio as quickly as possible.
