Ignis' usual rule of 'no visible marks' seemed to have gone by the wayside thanks to his recent status change. Now, he bore the marks with pride, though they did make some of his fellow Councilors whisper and gossip behind his back, mostly due to his 'unclaimed' status. Little did they knew just how 'claimed' he was.
