It was all too easy to let himself move into Gladio's embrace, burrowing as close as he could manage there on the floor of their balcony. The tension singing through him was so great that he was almost shaking with it, his voice a low rumble as if he were trying to keep it as human sounding as possible. Another bit of shifting as he leaned up, his nose burrowing against the side of Gladio's neck, as if to suck in as much of his scent as possible.
