He knew. Ignis knew how hard Gladio was trying to make it good for him and he worried that he shouldn't be pushing against his instincts so much just for his sake. The effort was appreciated, though, and Ignis would do everything he could later to let Gladio know how much the effort meant to him.

Those words pulled at Ignis' heart and a thrill went through him. This was a claiming in a way he hadn't yet been claimed and this would truly make him Gladio's mate. A true partner. Sighing softly, he licked at dry lips and absently shifted back as if to silently let Gladio know he could pick up the pace if he wanted to.
